Based in Windermere, I am a qualified full time British Wheel of Yoga teacher, teaching what I love to do. I have a passion for Yoga and teaching in a safe and beneficial manner.
Regardless of experience, fitness, flexibility, strength, size, shape, age, or gender, my Yoga classes are suitable for everyone.
Within a calming, relaxed and non-competitive environment, I offer a nourishing mix of energising and restorative Yoga. Respecting individual needs, in a sensitive manner, I encourage students to creatively find their own Yoga path.
I teach a safe practice that is breath led, balanced and thoughtful. My Yoga classes concentrate on the function of the asana (Yoga posture), exploring how the use of modifications and props can benefit the student.
We are all different and need to respect our bodies in order to achieve our own personal goals.
Yoga is calming the fluctuations of the mind
I truly believe that anyone can benefit from Yoga. Regardless of your goals, a Yoga practice will help improve other areas of your life. For example, an increased performance in your sporting activities, energy flow, balance, mental clarity, recovery from exertion, injury prevention, calmness of mind and ability to be present.
I also teach regular 1:1 sessions in the comfort of the students own home, corporate Yoga classes within the workplace, and private group classes in a number of different venues across the national park. I can run day workshops to meet your needs and sessions for hen parties, birthday parties or any other celebration.
Please see my timetable for class venues, times and prices. For bookings of any nature please get in touch. Advance booking for classes is necessary as places are limited.
Please contact me if you would like to make a booking to attend any of my classes, have a 1:1 session or run a private Yoga group in your workplace or any other venue.
Feel free to get in touch with any other questions you may have.
