Come and spend a truly nourishing day being kind, giving love – to yourself…The more we learn to love ourselves, the better we feel. You, and the people around will benefit from a self love Yoga practice. Focusing on many heart opening and feel good postures.
We will also practice a range of Pranayama (breathing exercises to cultivate loving prana/ life-force). Together we will eat a vegetarian lunch. Walk through the ancient woodland. Drink lots of herbal tea! We will also meditate and explore peacefulness though Yoga Nidra.
The day will help you to let go, feel good, and move forward feeling refreshed, energised and rejuvenated.

The workshop begins at 10am (arrivals from 9:30am for a herbal brew beforehand) and finishes at 4pm. The whole day will also be run on Saturday 9th February 2019.
Your investment is £55 which includes a scrummy homemade lunch and teas.
No Yoga experience is required. Everyone is welcome. As places are limited I ask for full payment to secure your booking.
