Live Online Donation Based Classes

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, sadly all my 'real life' regular class venues are cancelled until further notice, but I am happy to be offering donation-based live online classes to all students via 'Zoom' following my regular timetable.

How to join an online Zoom class

In order to take part, you will first need to install the Zoom app on your device and register an account. For desktop / laptop users, you can access via the Zoom.us website and create an account.

For all new students attending a class online, you will need to complete a medical history form and email it back to me, or email a photo of the completed form. Please click this link to download the form - Medical_Form.pdf

To join any class, simply find your preferred class from the timetable below and click the 'JOIN THIS CLASS' button for that class - please join the class 5 - 10 minutes before the class begins.

To make a donation

Being a full-time self-employed Yoga teacher, I am truly grateful for all your donations. Please feel free to donate whatever is appropriate for you; If times are tough at the moment, you are welcome to join without donation.  I believe our Yoga practice is more important now than ever.

    Thanks for making attending your classes even easier.
    I just want to say how much joy I have had from being able to join you 4 times a week.
    I would never be able to drive a 50mile round trip 4 times a week!
    In such sad times, you have been one of the few lights in my life.
    The online class helps me so much with the discipline needed to set aside the time for practice and the physical benefits I have had from the extra practice is quite miraculous. Namaste
