I LOVE running Yoga parties for children! Its so much fun – and good for the kiddies too. I have now run a few kids (and adults!) birthday yoga sessions, in hired venues and in homes.
Usually the sessions last about an hour – but do get in touch with any suggestions, ideas and exactly what you like me to do with the kids.
The great thing about Yoga for kids, is that its light hearted, everyone can do it. We burn energy, and learn how to conserve energy whilst relaxing! The sessions involve warm up practices, story telling, games, breath work, partner poses, silliness, chime ringing, ‘Omming’ (which the kids love!), and a lie down at the end!
