Why I love running my Yoga workshops

It all starts with the prep!

I love preparing for a workshop, whether its a seasonal workshop that focuses on the time of year and how to be inspired by nature both on and off the mat… a mala bead making workshop, a hen party workshop, a Yoga Nidra afternoon, a particular focused body part workshop, or any other…

There is a lot of preparation that goes into every workshop I deliver…from planning sequences of poses, meditations, Yoga Nidras, finding appropriate and inspiring poetry, ceremony planning, and prepping the food!

The venues I use are amazing!

I love teaching in the Footprint Building in Windermere and using the yurt at Sunny Brow Farm. Each venue is the perfect setting for students unwind, and deepen their yoga experience. Both of my regular venues offer the chance to easily connect with the elements, earth, wind, fire and water. They are both next to a stream and woodland…. bliss!

The workshops offer time….

Yummy food!

I love the vegetarian food I make and provide on the workshops… included in the full days are homemade energy balls, fruit and snacks…and a delicious lunch of salads, soups, vegan sushi and more….

The workshops offer time for intention setting. Longer meditations. Connections. Planting seeds for positive change….

I love being around positive like minded people who value time for themselves!36064367_1584724308304190_5836488563851526144_o
