Occasionally I get the chance to run some family Yoga sessions – which always promise to be great fun!
The sessions are really targeted for the children with the adults tagging along! Its great way to bond with children, show children that Yoga is non competitive, have a giggle, do some stretching, introduce some breathing exercise, and try something new!
One thing I love doing is parent/child partner poses! It always ends up with someone falling over – but thats ok!

Story telling, balancing, games and breath work are all part of family yoga. Children can choose what parts they want to join in with – there is no pressure!
